A local launchpad for new theatrical work that nourishes the community and fosters civic dialogue
Help Support PIC's Vision
With your help, PIC can continue to serve as a place for local artists to connect and create. It can continue to be a home for playwrights whose work sparks important conversation and change. And it can help to solidify Western Massachusetts as a hub for new play creation.

There are many ways to show your support for this work.
-
Attend our quarterly salons. Four times a year we host a public salon where writers can showcase roughly 5 minutes of their work-in-progress and receive public feedback. This gives us a chance to get to know local writers, and brings the community into our process. The second half of the evening is reserved for a more traditional open mic.
-
Join us a for a workshop, open rehearsal, or public presentation. Keep an eye on our home page for information about upcoming public showings of works-in-progress.
-
Tell your friends! Let people know about this work. We want playwrights, other theater artists, and theater supporters to know we are here for them. So spread the word!
-
And of course, your financial support means we can pay all PIC collaborating artists a living wage. We are dedicated to a pay structure where all artists are compensated equitably for their time and efforts.

We are proudly fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas. If you'd like to make a tax deductable donation you can do so here:
