Help Support PIC's Vision
With your help, PIC can continue to serve as a place for local artists to connect and create. It can continue to be a home for playwrights whose work sparks important conversation and change. And it can help to solidify Western Massachusetts as a hub for new play creation.
There are many ways to show your support for this work.
Attend our monthly salons. The third week of every month we host a public salon where writers can showcase roughly 5 minutes of their work-in-progress and receive public feedback. This gives us a chance to get to know local writers, and brings the community into our process. The second half of the evening is reserved for a more traditional open mic.
Join us a for a workshop, open rehearsal, or public presentation. The next opportunity to do this is coming up in August when we will be presenting excerpts from Darcy Parker Bruce's Piedmont Plays Cycle.
Tell your friends! Let people know about this work. We want playwrights, other theater artists, and theater supporters to know we are here for them. So spread the word!
And of course, your financial support means we can compensate all Collective Artists and Playwright-Collaborators for the work they are doing. We are dedicated to a pay structure where all artists are compensated equitably for their time and efforts.
We are proudly fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas. If you'd like to make a tax deductable donation you can do so here.
We also have an active GoFundMe campaign. Check it out!
