Steps to register:

1. Fill out the form

2. Select the payment option that corresponds to the number of weeks and age group you've selected. If you plan to pay a deposit only at this time, please choose from the bottom four options. You must pay a $100 deposit per week enrolled at minimum. If paying a deposit only at registration, final payment is due by May 15th.

3. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. Please allow at least 10 minutes for the email to arrive and check your spam folder before contacting PIC. If you do not receive your confirmation, please reach out to rachel@playincubation.org.

4. If you are enrolling multiple children, you must fill out separate forms for each child.

5. Join us at Bombyx or 33 Hawley for PIC Kids Summer on your selected weeks!

**In order to secure a spot for PIC Kids Summer, a minimum deposit of $100/week must be paid at time of registration. If you withdraw the following applies: before June 12th- 75% refund, before June 19th- 50% refund, before June 26th- 25% refund, after June 26th- no refund.
